The way the SEC's been marginalized and gutted, I'm just astounded they would go after something like this. There are some details we don't know that could probably give us a better idea of why this is proceeding. My guess is this is one of many investigations involving many agencies for at least one of the defendants.

LG, i met an SEC agent at a party about 4 yrs ago and made my feelings about their general lackadaisical attitude toward the shysters on the street known, esp related to penny stock shams. He got a bit defensive , but didn't have a lick of an answer for me.
