Rich - I guess time will tell but I still think the Mayor and Council are trying to stop the plant from being built not trying to make LLEG follow the rules. So what is it now those opposed 100 those for over 1,000.

A volunteer based citizens group named “City That Trees Built” has launched a website to serve as an informational portal for the Laidlaw Biomass project. The goal of the group is to educate the residents of Berlin and the surrounding areas with factual and timely information on the project.
The group was formed to assist the project owners with the dissemination of information, permitting and other activities to assist with the transition to the Berlin area. At the website listed below, there is a link to sign the petition in favor of the project, currently, there are over 1,000 signatures in favor of the project.
