He looked like he was a pretty straight shooter

I would have to believe he's just roped into the indictment so he doesn't decide to have unexpected outage that just happened to wipe ot all his servers data.

He must be cooperating since law enforcement hasn't seized the servers as evidence leaving us out in the dark.
