You may be right about the household name, it has been mentioned on this board that prior PR used that term, but I am sure about the Nationally recognized statement. A CEO for a USA based company should not state that a potential buyer is Nationally recognized if the referanced company is not a US firm.
I could be wrong here, but he should have said a Nationally recognized SK firm ... if in fact Hanbool and the Lees are reconized as such in SK.
