i believe it was more than sec. sec can't put individuals in prison.

ICE, FBI, IRS-CI and the US Attorney's Office can. I believe they were all listed. i would be very afraid....

LOL the SEC is the least of his problems...its the IRS come a knocking that would freak me out LOL. LOTS of money changing hands it seems :) I think we have a long way to go with this story and who jumps in as participants...LOL
