This board features stocks that are under $5.00 - that are rated by the Street.com and Standards and Poors as a minimum rating of HOLD!

I am not recommending any of these stocks - I will buy them based on the CHART - when the time comes!

A good rated stock - once it goes over $5.00 - is no longer considered a penny stock - and with large institutional buying - may be a leaper!
