I am not sure as the veracity of the ultimate buyout, or what the final valuation will be if there is one, but the 11AM filing was just that...a filing. The wire services post thousands of PRs daily, so if there was a PR sent at 11AM EDT, it may not make it through the wire service for some time after (though I can't imagine that delay being more than a couple of hours tops)
