Up to 25 Million dollars indeterminate amount of common stock for sale -- and supposed common stock issued currently being worth 10 Million and change?

Does this mean we could get super diluted ... or .. is it good because the company is going to raise more cash?

Don't be so hard on yourself...

These guys will get a deal done very soon, and you'll be happy you didn't sell at .20, because my guess is we see .30 or higher once announced.
