You have to look at what the company puts out. Forget what some person on here posts. If you buy a stock because of a post on here and you believe it, you deserve to lose every penny.

The company has been very open and last PR said the report is on schedule. The drill results are all back, so they are writting up the report. Nothing hard to understand.

The IR guy could do some serious pumping but he only resleases drilling results and JV's. They don't need to raise capital, the money will come to them in the form of another miner begging for a piece of Nemegosenda Zone D. And if they did need to raise it, I would be all for them trying to prove up Zone SE with a JV partner, that means we still have 100%

Probably you should wait to buy until the report is released.

The people who were posting on the net in Nov. that they expected the report to be out in several weeks obviously did not know what they were talking about. SRSR announced that they started the drilling in the D zone in a Nov. 19 PR. In a Dec. 11 PR they stated they had finished the first hole and sent the results to the lab for analysis. Dec 22 - two more holes had been drilled and sent to the lab.

It wasn't until Jan 13th that they finally received and released the lab results on the first hole. They then proceed to finish up drilling the 9 holes in the D zone and send them to the lab for testing. On April 22 they released a PR that stated that all 9 holes had been drilled and the results were back from the lab. Since that time they have submitted all the data to an independent geologist who is writing up the NI report.

The geologist may also be incorporating historical information. In 1987 R.P Sage, working for the Ontario Ministry of Northern Development and Mines, released a 146 page report on the Nemegosenda property. There is also 440 pages of original drill logs from the Gulf Dominion company that are from the late 50's. The task of going over 586 pages of historical information and the current drilling results is no small task. People need to realize that writing up a NI-43-101 report is a huge task and cant be slapped together in a week or two.

I really encourage everyone that is new to this company to spend several hours going over the past history of the Nemegosenda property and SRSR. After spending some time doing your research you will realize why so many are excited on this board. Many people on this board have done alot of great DD which makes getting up to speed on the company much easier. The ibox and http://www.sarissaresources.com/pages/projects/nemegosenda.phpcontain a great wealth of information.

Jon:

If you've followed the board the past few days, you will notice that I am not too favored here. The reason for that is because I call it like I see it and ask tough questions that the resident cheerlea....errrr, experts, do not want to see floating around their board.

Anyway, to answer your question about the NI, we ARE close to the release. Back seven months ago many here (including myself) did not understand what was involved with the NI process. Those 7-months afforded us more than enough time to understand the process. In addition, the company has kept us apprised of the drilling progress and followed up with associated results. It's hard to say exactly when the report will come out. It could be tomorrow, which would be great (better if we were not a Pink but still great); or it could be a few weeks (which I have predicted will see our PPS decline, the reason I am not favored here at the moment).

However, one thing appears certain: the PPS should make a very nice gain when the NI is finally released. I am guessing around 0.20, but many here think that is way too conservative. I hope they are correct as I do own quite a few shares myself (believe it, or not). What you need to decide is whether or not you want to gamble that the NI will be released now, or in two weeks (maybe three, but I doubt we are talking months). I would advise to get in now. At 0.04 you could get some nice gains on the run up after the NI. If you roll the dice and wait, you may miss out. What's the real difference between 0.02 and 0.04 if it does run to 0.20, or even half of that? If the others are correct, it REALLY will not make a difference.

It's your call. Good luck!
