PEACHMAN- The last day you can buy the stock & get the split is May 29th. Owners of record June 1st get the split. I bought my shares of AMNE Mon. May 11, 2009 @ .0059. I can't make it any clearer. REGARDS

PEACHMAN- I see I did post June 29 instead of May 29, my error. June 1st the price will be 1/5th of the May 29th closing.
