When the judge had heard arguments she said she was taking the matter under advisement. So what does it mean when a judge says that??

She then asked when the next ombibus hearing was and the clerk said June 22nd, and she commented that she would have a ruling before that. Probably.

JPM was on about having the Texas action moved to DC court, but they went beyond saying "we filed a motion" to argue "it's moving" Their statements seemed to be assuming their motions would all get favorable rulings. Someone stated the texas action had been "remanded". And I don't know what that means in this context.

The judge really has a fur ball on her hands.
