There was a ruling a few months ago from the court of 1st inst that suggested the court will hear Intel's case about EUCC excluding evidence.
In my opinion, the court will rule that Intel has a right to compel the EUCC to search for the evidence that Intel claims to exist. And the case will go to a pre-square-zero state.
