What a waste of money IMO Berlin will eat though that 100K in no time and beg for more handouts from the State. Hopefully the new Mayor coming in next year will stop this madness. The paper got the headline correct. "Council hires legal counsel to fight Laidlaw plant." The mayor and his band of merry men better be careful and not infringe on Laidlaw's legal rights to operate a business.

This is a total travesty and misuse of tax payer money. Berliners are barely hanging on thier homes and now will have thier taxes raised to support a small group of self serving hippies and local business people.
