That is possible, but not very probable. The Lee's would never turn down the possibility of making ALOT of money through the sales of EESO products. This is all stated if there is no sale of EESO, and Jared continues full steam ahead. Now, if Jared sells the company to someone else that bids higher than the Lee's that is possible, but it won't matter to us anymore at that time.

If Jared turns down the Lee's buyout offer its most likely because he accepted the offer from the second prospective buyer making the point mute

I think everyone wants to make money in the end. Besides I would I believe the counteroffer was a significant increase over the first 10 cents offer. Surprised nobody believes a bidding war has begun. Go back in the pr's you will see EESO's Korean connections go outside of the LEE's though the LEE's have connections to take it to the next level.
