Leo, regarding the "buyouts" we the owners of this company do not know what the real value of those are do we?
We know that the value of the first one was EQUVILENT" to $.10 PS we do know that it was for cash and stock, what we do not know is that the cash value is and we do not know what the stock was/is. We do not know what the value of the revised offer is do we? for all we know the cash offer was for a less than a penny per share and the balance in stock, that maybe restricted and may not have the tradeable value of the remainer of the offer, so without details once again it is nothing to get all warm inside about.

Listen I would be thrilled to KNOW that the offer was half cash and half stock, like I said in one of my ealier posts today that no one would be hurt if the cash offer were for at least $.051 BUT we do not know that so to alude to others that we have an offer of more than $.10 not knowing what the breakdown of that offer is is just speculation and does nothing to aly the concerns of the owners (common stock shareholders) of this company.
