Yes , just as this time last year we were all wondering what happened to some of the other ventures that were pr'd. Details were not given. The stain pens were a big issue. But behind the scenes,I believe as long ago as last May, the Wowgreen idea was in full swing and then out of nowhere this partnership was announced. I believe a similar situation is at hand here and the pps is being affected in the same manor, albeit not as bad as last year. There is plenty going on behind the scenes and IMO this is going to turn out to be huge for anyone willing to hang on.

It would make sense that the Korean's know how much EESO is worth to them like you said easier for them to just acquire the company. Jared is probably just adding some value by accumulating contracts and getting them off their low ball price. Obviously, he needs to SA to be successful to get the maximum price.
