The rise to 2 happened because Franklin stopped unloading shares so the 1's finally had a chance of running out.
Trades at 1 at this time are people taking the opportunity of getting out.
I think we'll see a bit more of hem today but every trade at 1 means one impatient seller less and one longholder more, increasing the 0.0002-stability more and more....
