I would respectfully disagree.....
As a holder of warrants at 30 cents that do infact expire in July, let me share my insight. These shares were offered to Emergent clients from an offering back in January 2007. We did get some warrant coverage with this deal. It wasnt a very big offering as I recall. My guess is that there is between 1-2M shares being offered from this deal. I think the large share of the 29 million warrants are for Roswell ET AL, employees, and directors.
Furthermore, its my opinion that most of these clients are from the buy and hold mentality. I doubt very much that any of these guys would sell before we hit at least $3. Keep in mind that many of them were investors back in the $3.50 offering back in late 2005 and early 2006. I was also part of this group. OUCH!
I would still point to Roswell ET AL as your sellers. Just my stupid opinion as always. In closing, let's go with "advanced stages" per Larry's comments today and expect big things to happen in the next seven days. Lets get it back to $3.50!
