Well, they don't have enough money to continue as a going concern but somehow they can come up with buying a million dollars worth of "kits". I guess this is good news.

My take on PROT news:

I always fear either BK or another r/s (which is concern for all OTCBB). This news proves to me that Wang is active (behind the scenes). The amendments filed 3-30-09 to past 10Qs and 10Ks show extra diligence towards being 100% compliant. This news leaves me with less worry about BK.
