That is the 11,010,209 ($) question! Trust me, I would like the answer to that question too. The simple answer to your question, I think, is "nobody knows"...at this point any way. Please note the precission of the number of shares traded. It would be great if a knowledgeable member of this forum could help us.

Don't know this for a fact, just guessing. But OTCBB reporting shells go for approx. $300k. Those that are "clean". Someone could be buying up the shares to get 90%+ of the shares and try and flip it to a new company.

Obviously, they need to get rid of the judgement against USXP, but probably could be done.

Just a guess, a cheap way to get a shell.

I keep asking also: why there are shares still trading? Why REUTERS still report about USXP ? If the CEO is in jail, there must still be other people, Board of Directors to run the company ? There are many franchises still running ? I still hold lots of USXP shares. Does anyone know about USXP bankruptcy situation ? Can it wake up, running again ?
