Im not sure how much u can read into that PR

If insiders got info ... I certainly doubt it was info from that PR itself.

The PR you are refering to states that more transparancy is going to be there as well as some house cleaning (which we knew was coming from a long while back)

IMO if the volume we have seen was from inside buys then there is a PR coming down the road that they were buying off of.

I personally dont know if it was inside buys. I did however go through every pump/dump place that I know of and didnt find a thread anywhere for HTOG ( always that possibility of a new PnD site that im unaware of though)

Leads me to believe it was insiders and then I revert back to the PR and again, I cant see insiders jumping on that news prior to its release ... can you?
