Pennsylvania especially along Rt 78 corridor in Eastern PA was always a booming area for New Jersey people who couldn't afford high real estate prices here. When I visit PA it seems every empty field from North Philly to Allentown was sprouting houses.

You think bank financing will free up enough to refinance the large amounts of debt coming due.
