I've been following INCL for a while now, it keeps going up and down,

They in the process of name change, and possibly some orders of hydrogen generators...seems like a long shot...

Does any of you gurus have any insight for me?

What can a rookie look for, in a chart, that would indicate a good buy? or scam...or whatever...

Any insight into INCL would be greatly appreciated!
