This was a customer service representative that responded.

1.) The representative clearly states that they are not the department that deals with or would have knowledge of permissions given.

2.) I have rarely ever spoken with a competent customer service representative (could probably count the amount of times on one hand.)

That is a standard answer by some assistant is all. Means nothing. Too funny. The company waited quite a LONG TIME to get approval only to NOT get approval and put out the PR anyway?? Jared got the proper approval before mentioning Micky D's.
