Too small, I think not ... projected sales in excess of 100mil, publicaly traded company ... that boy needs a Board\team with broad disciplines like Finance, Public relations, strategic planning etc etc... He should reach out to local bankers and business people for these skill sets .. alot of people would love to be on a board for a fast growing small company.
