I find nothing wrong with what he said. It's correct that they are an affiliate. The reason everyone gets upset with things like this is they didn't read it for themselves and are repeating what someone else's words. Everyone really should check for themselves. Don't take my word or anyone else's. Check it for yourself.

Thanks for the clarification Drift.

I know Ogwur agreed with you on this but I think you guys are missing the point and looking for excuses on behalf of EESO. The 03/25 PR ($12 million contract) is totally misleading. Jared and Mark state the contract is in association with DOW.... then we find out it's really with Han Bool which is "affiliated with" Dow and Dupoint because it deals it's products. The actual PR doesn't even say Han Bool and goes directly to saying it in association with DOW. I mean if that's not misleading than I don't know what is. And then you guys say people should read and pay attention to the PR's better? Did you ever think that maybe Jared and Co. should put out clearer PR's? Maybe they should have said the contract is with Han Bool.... a distributor of Dow products? You look at this as a minor mistake but it's actually delibirate and false. Imagine if I owned a deli and sold their product and a local business signed a year-long contract with me, after which I put out a PR stating I had a yearly contract in association with Pepsi.... Please don't tell me that would be alright and not misleading to anyone reading it.

thank you, Ray-- I think the 'boards' have gotten out of hand with my mention of the word affiliate. By general definition, an affilliate is a company which is related to another company in some way... I wouldn't hesitate to say this again, but I can see why people are concerned with vague details until we can release the name of the buyer. There's only so much we can say/do in the midst of discussions to give clarity. I feel we've been good to shareholders thus far in exemplifying our dedication to the company and its progress and though I can respect professional inquiries, those that have called or emailed with concern have been more than satisfied after discussion. Anyone who feels the need to go Chicken Little over a word that can be used accurately in this instance but doesn't match their personal expectations, should probably do a little more due diligence on corporate definitions and their allowances before they poison the well for no good reason. Again, I'm thankful you brought it to my attention and I really can't say much more about a 'word' to those concerned. The fact is we had some tremendous success in South Korea and Han Bool was there representing themselves as an affiliate of Dow Chemical.
