OK There is no way to find out who JMJ Financial is.. After much research and calling around it appears it is a group of private finance people who step into firms who are on the edge. IE firms listed on past posts.. The terms are sick imho but needed. Speculation on my part following... If indeed the CEO and company are willing to let JMJ assist they will do so and even show guidance on steps to make to make it turn around.. we as share holders most likely will see the stock go down for a very long time.. It looks like a year or so on most.. then the stock flys from the tzero stage up to the actual value of the company what ever that may be.. So my position will be hold on what I have keep a very close eye on all SEC Filings and keep a close look out on all engines for any move by JMJ that has to be disclosed When and if it hits 0001 then I will start adding on a regular basis dependend on the SEC filings hope that helps... It seems there is a inter-relationship with a lot of start ups and JMJ not all bad imho.. but if you happen to be holding one when they do the finance wake up and pay attention... glty brwtrpilot
