Figuring on fundamentals is a pretty tricky task down here in the pink sheets. Part of getting a valid fix on common fundamental variables is hedged on audited financials. If indeed SPNG plans to make the move to the Nasdaq Capital market, then audited financials are a requirement, so the sooner they get to those, the more accurate fundamentals can be seen.
