I have asked for basic sales infor for my friend to sell their product in China after signing papers with them. Mark Murphy is a nice guy but he cannot answer any basic questions on the products and processes. I serious question his background of a technical person. I believe it is a religious background. I have talked & dealt with 100s and 100s of engineers and I do not get the answers to questions that are basic that someone with a technical background should be able to answer. They all have to go to Jared to get anything answered. Hell of away to run a company. An Jared has the background to answer technical questions - thats a joke. These guys would be torn to shreads in front of a Fortune 500 company.
