Caesar,I have not done any DD yet. If I decide to get in I will call IR to find out. Float can be estimated by how many shares it takes to move the PPS or generally the total volume over a 50 day period moderately traded but trending up. Everyone has their own system for guessing.
This could be also a way to get under the US bribery laws on securities, to grease the skids of certain individuals to help the company...we have to adapt and it has to be up-front with a number on it.
