It's not a website driven by traffic......people load up their medical records and then only need to access them in an emergency situation. It would be like tracking how many times someone accesses their safe deposit box at the bank.....It's a secure storage solution not a portal driven by traffic.
Also, there was probably a spike in hits a few months ago as investors were taking a look at MMR as an investment. How many from this board checked out the site a few months ago, liked what they saw, bought shares here and haven't looked at site since?
Also, loading records into an MMR account is done via fax and not over the web. So those Alexa numbers wouldn't show you how many incoming faxxes loaded data into MMR accounts.
