ender.. you are wise ...And i am glad your head is not in the sand as our fellow poster gotinearly .... Glad you posted this , because I would be asked to leave the thread if i posted legitimate questions like these... I thought the reason was obvious and have many doubts about this mystery class action suit.. its very misleading in my opinion such as many prs put out by sevu which i also fell for awhile back... I am now leary as you about this character of Mcbride.. his claim of never been convicted of a crime in my opinion is another one of his misleading statements ..a way out, which he always seems to have.. i dont buy it.. And many people who travel all the way to SEVU for a meeting and must share a short one hour for questions will be sorry , Gotinearly and others believe this is so he dosent have to answrer the same questions over and over again.. well guess what.. he should answer them..i would rather someone lie to my face and see him squirm in court later than read these phony PR's i have seen... Unfortunate for McBride My opinion is he will be spenidng alot of time in front of SEC and the Court... This is all my opinion , but I am sure a few smart characters here can also see this light.

ender, mcbride never was convicted of a crime see post on RB from a few minutes ago. actual report on link and my response.

It clearly states that adjudication is withheld and suspended probation which will be terminated early if $41k paid.

The court is not finding him guilty, just that he should pay the money in question. sounds exactly like what mcbride had said in his view.
