I don't know Trops but they are getting it somewhere and Mr Smith is running in circles because of it..

Mr Smith goes to the dentist on the 1st floor of the medical building with a tooth ache.

Dentist says get in the chair Mr Smith, lets have a look.
Ah yes, you have a bad tooth, we need to take it out.

grabs forcepts

attempts to extract and drops the tooth in the guys throat

Doc says: Mr Smith I don't have the correct tool, please hurry up stairs to the 2nd floor there is a Ear nose throat specialist, he can get it.

Mr Smith hauls ass up stairs and gets in the chair

ENT Doctor take a look and gets after the tooth with a long tool but pushes it down even further and it drops into the intestines.

ENT Doctor says hurry run up to the 3rd floor and see the Gastro Intestinal Specialist, they have the right extraction equipment..

Mr Smith exhausted runs up stairs to see the GI Doc

GI doc says let me get after it with an even longer tool but he loses the tooth and says you're going to need to see the proctologist on the forth floor

Mr Smith is pissed but goes to the 4th floor

The proctologist says strip down and get on all fours I can get the tooth.

So Mr Smith does the deed

Doc gets down with light and forcepts and take a look and says hey! Mr Smith you need to go down to the 1st floor and see the dentist..You have a rotten tooth!
