As per a very recent conversation with Reed, my second conversation ever he told me that airspeak is/was the 11 mil uncovered asset but the merge was never completed by previous mgmt. Why he claims laziness, lack of follow through and not paying Airspeak what was owed to them, but as this company goes.... Who knows????
