But for what you are asking....Yes. He might not be well versed in the precise language necessary to cover his @ss while making all the investors delightfully happy. However, he is hard working, driven, and absolutely honest. You do not know him, have never met him and will never take the time to meet him so the arguement is a mute point.
If you want your definition of a "professional" then go buy yourself so GM or see if Chysler will take your private equity investment.
