Very good Pearl Gate! I applaud the well written email. I'm sure they will get the point but probably won't do much about it. The damage has been done even with an apology. The fingers are pointing, "How could you?"! Get everyone's hopes up high and then push them off a cliff so to speak.

Thanks for sending that, hope he answers soon...i believe in EESO but honestly was very disapointed at the way he handled this, i have had some very bad luck in my life and never made to much money except thru stocks (enough to pay of some bills know n then but gone quickly)...i haven't purchased as many shares as other here due to me not having to much trust in pinkys n jared still hasen't convinced me that i should buy more.I have $1,000 (i know it ain't much) set aside to purchase more EESO but i need to see more from our CEO, if eeso does not pan out i swear i will never touch a pinky again. Nice up to a point LEE .The last few sentences show that you have not been following EESO for very long. You are accusing the co of dilluting and you have no basis for it.The reason the BO info came out in the first place was addressed a hundred times as well as the drop from .05 on that dreaded day. You dont think that there were groups playing this stock on that run,come on man. All in all not bad.

noticed a few typo's and mispellings. lol - i'm sure your email will be answered to your satisfaction. not! these guys are two bit scammers. bring on the lawsuits while jared, craig and neubauer still have assets available. wait too long? assets will be hidden or divied to someone else. i am serious, all investors have cause to sue.

I commend you on taking action on behalf of the SH and putting the time in to crank out a letter. In short, we need clarity - not static. As annoyed as they may be with responding to their SH - jared has to respond to a professional,polite request.

This is productive unlike the cheeleading we see on this site BY SOME - not all,that helps no shareholder in their plight for a return on their ivestment.

Jared, look at the parameters we are dealing with here as investors - you are asking for way too much right now. Answer back.

Well said....I think Jared is trying to do too much on his own...he has promoted Mark and now needs to expand his front office...he needs true professionals marketing and a good publicist (as I just posted) to handle the PRs. I think he means well and is truly trying hard to do the right things, I just don't think he has the experience to meet the task ahead. He needs a professional team.....probably doesn't have the money yet!!!

Good for you BUT where did you hear the buyout entity was a HOUSEHOLD NAME?? Only time that was used was for the Franchise and that one of the three Executives present,in Korea, at the meetings was a household name.
