Again maybe a dumb question, they seem to be moving forward with 2 new offices and a new web site, this company doesn't seem to be going backwards, does it? Or am I just trying to stay as positive as possible?

Well I believe the negotiations are very complex, just felt personally that I could exit and re-enter later down the road at a better price...
