I am curious how many people on this board have actually owned or run a business. Do you think it is easy to build multi-million dollar company and expect it to happen in a relatively short time frame. EESO had just started to get traction with blue sky as the limit. If a large corporation is seriously looking why in the hell would Jared sell quick to the Lee's?? Some one please give me a quality answer and quit all this crap about we need to hear it now, we demand this info now. Could any of you make it happen faster or better than the team EESO is tryng to put together? Building and buy out take time!! A year is not a long time in the scope of this kind of stuff.

C'mon, Vacation in Lima Peru? What, are they going to chase goats in the Andes' I really have been slacking on the DD with this one. I am going to catch up. I did call the Lees early on as the buyers but later thought allie / zimmerman. I think they are on the DOW customer tour, showing the products and gauging the response and probably setting up the Lees by selling them a bunch of cheap shares to be buyer #1 and luring other offers to the bidding war.
