That is actually not correct. I hate to be bursting bubbles, but there is the same kind of trading order in the Charter bk, and they are cancelling commons and all preferreds.

You all know I don't think that will happen in this case, but to say the NOLs are lost if the commons are cancelled is wrong imo.

I used to believe it, but I feel that is not true.
