Can't say but I would almost lay odds that it is not any large US CONGLOMERATE that is making an offer.

The PRs are worded in such a way that you can not label them and outright lie, but they sure can be misleading and EESO is getting great at that.

I am still holding my shares but I have far less confidence that this is a good deal at this rate.
