Being on a government website does not mean they have 200 hundred million dollars to throw at a Canadian pinkie company based in a shared office space with no manufacturing factory and no phone.

I am however concerned, as others have said, that this is not the Fortune 500 Company we were told was being worked with.

There's a problem there.

However, if Marma-Whatever-the-hell wants to pay me the same .57 a share that Pfizer or Ford, or whoever would pay, it's all really the same money to me.

Anyone have a RATIONAL reason for why the pp/s has dropped to ~3 cents?

Being that I am with the govt. and audit contracting alot, here is some contracting info. Just because they are eligible to recieve govt contracts and are on the approved list doesn't mean they have a huge source revenue from the govt. More than likely this is military procurement. And it would be for parts for vehicles that are already in operation. The govt would not buy a new part that hasn't even been tested yet, esp. from a foreign supplier. And then one made in a country that might cause political problems with Russia. If the company only has 1 mil in sales, why would the Federal Govt front them the money to buy untested parts? That would be a new introduction to the GSA fleet or military fleet. I'm not saying that this company doesn't exist, just that they would not have the funding to make this type of aquisition. Just from my experience with govt contracting and procurement.
