You have a second interested party who just came into the picture recently....why would you set a timeline on them.
Testing and negoations take time...especially if you are going between multiple parties.
Having a timeline would be absolutely foolish as it more then likely would have been pushed back or it would have influenced the negoations in a negative manner.
