a Realtor offered me 13,000 for a property i paid 3,103 for last year. i countered for 15,000 and he accepted. property now in escrow.

one now in escrow for $15k minus the commish and title of approx $1700 and i now have 4 properties paid for and approx 3k profit.
kinda like playing the pennies.
