prob not. The shares may trade lower (people are skeptical it will go through) The shares may trade higher (people believe the price will be higher through another bidder perhaps) imo

Not that simple really.

Chances are, there is no "buyout" in the sense that many people seem to assume. Meaning, not a CASH deal.

Probably going to be a share-swap of some sort, but I also think the general feeling here has moved from expecting buyout numbers today to expecting a name of potential buyers.
