Zonkzombie.........quite possibly, IMHO.

What we know is the following......

1)AP is interested in the KDS machine with the upgrades identified by AGES in their last press release, i.e. the KDS6000

2)Specs for the KDS6000 can now be found on the AGES website

3)The only other holdup that I am aware of was the remaining funding for the project, which, I believe, Cal had previously indicated would come from the US DOE Phase II grant, if awarded

4)And now, US DOE Phase II grant has been awarded to FASC

Looks to me like the remaining obstacles have been removed for KDS6000 completion.......and your conclusions could apply.

Zonk - You say:

"Its been posted on this board that you need private placement money to get the grant and the grant has been awarded to FASC so there is a good chance this whole thing could unfold in one PR. If thats the case and I say IF then we are looking at quarter pop on the bottom end at least."

You pretty much have taken the fondest dreams of mine right out of my own mouth. There is no reason an inter-related major contract like this might not give us a blast off. We are used to dribbles one at a time. If your scenario were to occur--there would be much resistance as many of those who hold the 169,000,000 shares would want to exit. Still, with but a $10,000,000 market capitalization, a major announcement could "rocket us." My thoughts don't get past .10 to .15 in one jolt--but could be dead wrong. Waitedg

Just a short little note. We noticed on the DOE website that we had been moved to final phase and are awaiting negotiations on our grant application. DOE has not contacted us to tell us that we have made it this far in the process. I will keep you advised when we hear something, but from what we are guessing, they will let us know soon. At that point, we will do some negotiating on terms of the grant, amount, and deadlines, then we have to go thru a state agency, as well as final approval from the DOE. Might be 2-3 months before we get a check or a signed contract, or it might be a couple weeks. We are trying to not count our chickens just yet, as it appears FASC management is doing also.
