Here's my dilemma....

The hearing for the JPM suit is on Wednesday... May 20.

But what if JPM mulls it over this weekend and makes a deal with WMI and announces an out of court settlement has been reached before market opens on Monday.

ALL WMI stocks will be frozen and more so because they are pink sheets... not many got an ECN that can trade pinks before the market opens.

Now what if because of the news, the stocks are halted for trading pending verification.... MM's are going to jack the price up and into levels never before seen by half the investors.

So...

The question is... which one will give me the most bang for the buck but for the same amount invested?
