Im doing a lot of dd on this stock now. It looks like it could be a major winner. Most people are still scared of commercial real estate worse than banks now. With the bottom in housing coming and the economy coming back, this could be a great long term as well as short term. I love reading their financials and the sales vs market cap. Low outstanding share count means this one flies. The new U.S. bank tenant should be a helpful tool in determining if they are selling more or shuttering. Could be some good news on the horizon here to coincide with the technicals.
