The following is IMO.

They have received the offer. They now have 30 days to get back to them.

Tomorrow will only be an announcement of Buyout information.

They will not state if it was excepted or denied tomorrow, but you will know who it is that is looking to buy them and how much they offered.

IF they don't except, I really don't think its a big deal ESSO will be doing business and the pps will go up. As long as they keep doing what they are doing. it will just take longer.
