Please tell me the indications that this company is legit. Let's make a list of all the indications that it is legit versus all the indications that this is a totally bogus scam. The latest developement of the fake website would definitely go on the scam side. Of course, the fact that this company was run by the known scammer Dan Ryan and is still populated by his associates and partners in crime, Sylvain Amyot, Alex Barta, Paul Matera, Eric Van, and others is definitely on the scam side (times five). The pattern of completely preposterous buy out deals is a well established technique of the Dan Ryan/ scammer crowd. The use of foriegn companies who are difficult to research because of language barriers and expense to actually check out the company in person is a scam red flag. In fact, I think there is NO verifiable information on this company whatsoever to indicate it might be legit. Please correct e if I am wrong. It seems that you will believe it is a scam when they announce in a pr it is a scam.
