is there some important ramification, over whom is trustee over what, at this juncture?? its only a custodial capacity, no? i mean, its not like they are holding cash deposits which are in question, correct?

I know about the bondholders but the appear to be at more meetings then just Committee of bondholders and such..

K's some said they are with Fargo but fargo doesn't appear in the settlement talk at all which is not a big deal..

Bondholders are the ones with the committee so i can see Bank of New york being there but not at all the meetings.. Will look into this tomorrow got me going Hmm....

Might be nothing but hey it's always good to double check the DD to fix the errors and see new things

Marayatano could be right about the trustee means nothing...

And there is a big diference between H and K, H is considerated debt, and K (or P)is not...

But BONY is the trustee for the senior notes...maybe that's why...
